Peter has over 20 years of experience working with the financial services sector, delivering payment and business innovation in a rapidly changing and highly regulated industry. Experience includes digital money and payment systems digitisation of economies in the Pacific and East Asia. He has worked with NFPs, Aid organisations, Governments, Telcos, and banks to deliver vital payment infrastructure into developing economies and communities.

Peter is the founder of FinHawk, a virtual CIO and managed services business specialising in the financial services and banking industry. A strong advocate of financial services businesses having a strong digital and technology representation at the executive leadership level and passionate about assisting clients to remain relevant as the decentralised digital economy immerges.

Peter holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MEI) and a Bachelor of Economics & Marketing with a minor in ICT. Peter is also a proud Veteran, having served with the Australian Army, full time and as a reservist.
